KUSOED has organized a session on ‘Academic Writing’ for PhD scholars and faculty members in order to harness their academic writing practices. The Session will be facilitated by Raj Kumar Dhungana, our PhD scholar. Therefore, we would like to request you all to participate in the program.

The Online programs at KUSOED are intended to the working professionals who may not be able to attend face-to-face classes on a regular basis. However, to ensure that students meet the rigor of the program, some contact sessions, whether they be face-to-face or synchronous online, are made mandatory. Some courses may demand more contact sessions, whereas some may even not require them.
Kathmandu University, School of Education (KUSOED) was established in 1997. The School began its activities with the aim of improving the quality of education of the schools of Dhulikhel Municipality through an in-service teacher training program. The KUSOED MPhil and PhD programs commenced in 1998. The School currently serves PGDE, MEd, MPhil and PhD students each year. With its vision of producing qualified and trained teachers, KUSOED has been conducting a postgraduate diploma in education (PGDE) program for secondary school teachers. The MEd program is popular among graduates seeking a career in teaching and teacher training. It is recognized as a program producing high quality, skilled teachers able to fulfill the needs of Nepalese schools. The MPhil and PhD programs are dedicated towards producing qualified educational leaders, development workers and research professionals in the education sector.
