Bipana Sharma

Ms. Bipana Sharma has diverse academic qualifications. She has obtained Masters Degree in Public Health from the UK and MSc. in Healthcare and Hospital Management from India. She is also trained in Early Childhood Development from CTEVT in Nepal. Initially she worked as a physiotherapist and was involved more in curative health. She gradually shifted her interest to management and recently to educational research in developing countries, particularly in Nepal. She has keen interest in undertaking action research and research publications. She is equally interested in travel and photography.

Janardan Pandey

Mr. Janardan Pandey has obtained his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Tribhuvan University. Mr. Pandey has extensive accounting experience through senior accountant and managerial roles for a variety of GoN institutions and other private companies in Nepal. He has brought his firsthand experience of working as account officer at Office of Controller of Examinations, Tribhuvan University to the NORAD (RUPANTARAN) project. His primary interest is in promoting transparency and good governance in professional life through strict compliance of prevailing financial rules and regulations.
