Note:
All the local and overseas bank charges incurred will be the participant's (Sender's) responsibility. The Symposium Secretariat (Beneficiary) should receive the exact amount of registration fees (US$ 200 for Non-SAARC nationals; US$ 150 for SAARC Nationals). Once the payment has been received, you will be sent an email confirmation. Official invoices will be made available upon request. Please kindly note that Nepal Investment Bank Limited (Beneficiary's Bank) deducts USD 5, from each Inward Remittance Transfer transaction, so you are requested to add USD 5 in your payment.
Some Intermediary Banks outside Nepal sometimes deduct their processing fees and forward only the remaining funds to the ultimate beneficiary, hence if there is any shortfall in receipt of payment, the Symposium Secretariat will inform you via email about the issue, and the balance will be due at the Registration Desk which you need to clear on the first day of the symposium.
Therefore, the participant has to advise the remitting bank to charge him/her for the international transaction cost.
After transferring the payment through SWIFT, please send an email attaching the scanned copy of the payment receipt / SWIFT message to ert-admin@kusoed.edu.np
